If you have registered for this event and need to request cancellation, please follow the instructions below according to the pre-established criteria:<\/p>

The request must be sent to the Congress e-mail, with proof of payment, purchase order number and the date of registration.<\/p>

Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>

In case of withdrawal until August 25, a refund of 75% of the amount paid will be made.\u00a0<\/p>

There will be no refund from 25 August, on.<\/p>

Bank charges will be the resposibility of the participant cancelling the transfer.<\/p>

Registration is non-transferable. If you are unable to attend the event, the cancellation \/ refund will only be made according to the deadlines determined in the registration area of the congress website.<\/p>

Registrations made from 25 August 2023, on;<\/p>

The of cancellation with refund does not apply to registrations with category erros or lack of documentation.<\/p>

Only the participant himself can request (via e-mail) the cancellation, according to the criteria described;<\/p>

For refund analysis it will be considered: the date of the request sent by e-mail and the deadlines \/ criteria mentioned above;<\/p>

The request for cancellation \/ refund analysis can only be carried out via e-mail and with the registration data of the participant himself;<\/p>

The refund will be made directly into the participant's checking account;<\/p>
